Barcelona stand on 22 October 1899 with the name of the Foot-Ball Club Barcelona.
Barcelona is a soccer champion Spain and Europe today, and has won 21 La Liga, 25 Copa del Rey Supercopa de España 10, 3 Copa Eva Duarte and 2 Copa de la Liga trophies, as well as being the record holder for the last four competitions. In international football club Barcelona have won four Champions League, Cup a record four UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, four European Super Cup and one Fifa Club World Cup trophy. They also won three trophies Inter-Cities Fairs Cup records, is considered the predecessor UEFA Cup.
This is the only club to have played football continental Europe every season since 1955, and one of only three clubs never relegated from La Liga, along with Athletic Bilbao and Real Madrid. Year 2009 is the crowning achievement Barcelona, becoming the first club in Spain to win the treble consisting La Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League and also became the first football club to win six out of six competitions in one year.
